Large Mid Century styled house features 3 bedrooms/2 baths, full kitchen and a large living room. Master bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk in shower plus two separate closets. Jack and Jill bathroom gives access to the middle bedroom and kitchen area.
Are you the Night Owl of the bunch? We have a great bedroom for you close to kitchen and bathroom so you can stay up without waking other guests. Newly remodeled full kitchen features quartz countertops, new cooktop, new microwave and original vintage oven. We have what you need to be comfortable-toaster, brand new Dual Brew Coffee Maker if you just want a cup or need a whole pot (stocked with Starbucks in tasty varieties)
In addition to the comfortable beds, the couch folds down for a sleeper plus we have a queen size air mattress and a twin size air mattress too. For families with a bunch of kiddos, you get a real mattress and they can have a slumber party in the living room.
We have a large garage and a carport so bring the canoes, kayaks, mountain bikes and store them securly inside when you are finished playing at Boescher State Park.
Looking to add some hours of flying practice for your pilot's license or just want to fly the plane? Check out the Smithville Municpal Airport. Want to fly in for a COTA event and miss all the traffic? Do that too!

We are within a block of excellent Mexican food (breakfast ALL day) at El Mexicano and a great kolache shop. One minute from downtown dining at the Olde World Bakery and the Fat Cat Lounge and Cafe.
Smithville is situated close to Bastrop and only 30 minutes to the famous Round Top antique trail. We have ample room to store all your faboulous furniture and decor finds!
You can come to relax and enjoy a slower pace or dive into the many local events. Come for the Bastrop Corvette Show, Smithville Bird Festival, the Bastrop Music Festival, the Smithville Music Fest, local filming where you could be an extra, visit the Smithville Brewing Company or shop til you drop on Main Street.
Fashionistas-you absolutley must visit the Consuela store! Huge selection and widely viewed as better than the Austin location. Shhh, our little secret.
